Bag ID?
«

I picked this up at a yard sale for the contents (not for the fake fur) and was wondering if someone can identify it. I tried searching based on the mark inside the flap but obviously I haven't looked in the right place yet... The mark appears to me to be an ink stamp as the lines are crisp and I'd tend to think there'd be some bleeding if it done by hand. Just curious if anyone can tell me anything about it.
Thanks,
Mark

The shape of the bag and the assembly method looks like an old Tandy leather purse kit that's been modified to me. I don't know anything about the ink stamp.

Yes Sir, a Tandy late 70's into the mid 80's purse kit, stamp looks like a scout or YMCA type stamp.

Bill & Beaverman,
Thank you for the info. Any value to this other than as salvage leather?
