 Some how I missed this. Great Pix, looks like a young bird. Was it good table fare?
I never had trouble with ticks in Virginia but the dang Chiggers were always bad. Sometimes the Turkey would have eaten so many Ramps and Onions it was self seasoned. Killed one one time and as I walked up to it I could smell them.

Thanks, Tim. Breast was good indeed. 13.5 pounds, so hatched last year. Pretty tender in the Instant Pot. Saving the thighs, wings, and drumsticks for hard times lol.
