Looking for the maker of these horns

Hey guys I picked up a couple of nice horns and would like to find out who their maker is. Any help will be appreciated.

Sparks Mumma made those horns.  He is located in PA.
I have his address and phone number if interested.  PM for it

I have a few of his priming horns and salt horns.

Yep.  Spark made them.  Good stuff.  I have about 20 of his primers.
