So how does your 13/16's barrel perform?

Was wondering how some of you who have a 13/16's barrel shoot. I'm looking for an AVERAGE group size at 50yds off a bench. Does a "thinner" barrel like this have limitations on accuracy?

There are just so many variables to an answer for that. Like cal., load, shooting style, etc. I had a 36  cal in 13/16 Douglas that shot good groups in 1970 and it still does after many thousands of shots.

My .32 x 13/16" - unknown maker, narrow grooves, wide lands (opposite to best scenario) shot into 1 1/2" at 50 yards. I could do no better. At the same time, I was shooting a pair of
7/8" barrels, one in .45 and one in .40. Both of those would put 5 into 1/2" at 50 yards.
My current .36 x 13/16" has done an inch at 50, but I have not shot it much at that range. Most groups are out at 1 1/2".  I am starting to think that is the best I can do, nowadays.

Thats very interesting, getting similar results but still need to experiment more with powder charges.

Welcome, vary patches, powder charges and perhaps even ball diameters. I bought a small bag of .360" balls some time ago and they shot better than the .350's.
I use the same patches with either diameter - 10 ounce denim I measure at .021" compressed.
Change only one thing at a time.

My 45 cal GM barrel shoots very well . Average for 5 shots at 50 are in the 1.5” ish range which is about the best I can do these days with any open sighted rifle
