Leonard Carver AKA "Doc"?
Roger B.
Don't know.I have been involved in muzzle loaders since 1951 and too many have come and gone to keep track of.
The ones I really remember are E.M.Farris,Wes Kindig,Turner Kirkland."Bull"Ramsey.Willy Boitnott*Bill Large,Tom Dawson
and John Baird. There are others but these are prominent in my memories.Willy Boitnott worked in the armory at Friendship
and was at every shoot for years. He could and would repair some of the most ridiculous bits and parts that were brought in.
I will still tell one and all he worked on ll of this and got it working and I always said he was a way better mechanic than I ever was.
Getting back to "Doc"Carver, was there an exhibition shooter by that name that could fire a revolver upside down and make a good
score?
