I have just come into possession of a .54 caliber 1 1/8" x 42" long barrel that is stamped J. A. Miller. There are no other markings on the barrel. The barrel has 8 lands and grooves and appears to be a 1-48" twist. It looks to be an extremely well made barrel with a mirror finish inside. I am looking for any information on the maker as I have never heard of nor read any information about him. Thanks in advance.
