Looking for pictures

Hi all.
A few days ago I was in the waiting room, surfing on my phone, and I am POSITIVE I saw some pictures of a metal embellished sliding wood patch box on a longrifle.  the metal inlay or overlay or whatever was similar to a Jaeger, but NOT on a Jaeger.  I can't remember if it was a historical repro or a contemporary rifle or an original, and for the life of me I can't find anything online now.  Was I simply delusional?  Does anyone have pictures?

Look at Jim Chamber’s website. The English Sporting rifle has an overlaid wood box.
