New Work
« on: January 09, 2023, 05:36:52 PM »
Some new work. Still needs a little cleanup then on to stain and finish. Got this one sighted in yesterday and didn't quite get a second one sighted in before it started raining - photos of the other one coming soon

I see influences of inspiration from RCA 42 and a Germanic gun Shumway featured in May 2000 Muzzle Blasts. But art revives different memories in different people.

Ian,

When you have completed the rifle would share with all; the type & manufacture of the stain and finish used, including the processes for each.

Best Regards,

Robert

Ian, Wow that's very creative and clean work. I'm guessing if it's got a story maybe a early Virginia or North Carolina gun. let us know .

Ian if you’re interested putting this one for adoption I’m sure that we can provide a warm and loving home for it here in the Bluegrass of Kentucky.

I have to look at it a few times to take it all in and I'm not sure I have. We're only seeing maybe 1/3rd of it, can't imagine what the rest of it looks like.
