made my rounds today and at a local gun shop the guy that knows me said hey check this stuff out it was in a box of stuff i bought make me an offer i know you use the old stuff. $20 and i was out the door! been meaning to get a .45 maxi mold! 2 original boxes of " Ellett Brothers" round balls is a new one to me never heard of them, full box of TC Maxi Hunters and a bag of assorted cleaning jags, TC wrench and some hand cast .54 maxis was a great day!

Interesting & good "score" however the mould is not a TC Maxiball like any I have seen and those are all sizes from.36 up to .54.
The rounded grease groove says smokeless powder. BP bullet moulds for grease groove bullets have square grease grooves. Looks
like a truncated cone .45 bullet for revolvers.
These are .36, 45 and .50 sizes of TC Maxiballs. In the past, I have owned the .36 and .50 sizes.

That mold is the old Elmer Keith bullet. Sure looks like it any way. I have one with a base that uses swaged on gas checks. Mine is used in a 44 mag Ruger Blackhawk. You got a good score there.

Bullet mold aside, still a very nice purchase for $20.
