Does black powder shooting in cold 30 degree temp act the same as in 70-80 degree temp
Accuracy is my concern ?

We shoot year round here, and there is a difference. It is usually attributed to in the cold weather. You are wearing more layers, lengthening your length of pull, making it harder to mount the gun properly. As for inherent accuracy of a rifle, I have found no difference.
