Impossible shots
« on: November 19, 2009, 03:57:37 PM »
Did anyone catch Shooting USA's Impossible shots.  I caught it last night on the Outdoor Channel.  They had George Sutton, from Maine was on making some really nice shots with a flintlock.  Cutting string with a 58 cal ball and cutting a string and hitting a charcoal briquet at the same time.  Good shot! Is George a member here?

Yep, I saw it too.  Good shooting George!  I watch it often to see what Byron Ferguson is doing with the longbow.  Byron lives not far from me and I have run into him a few times at traditional archery tournaments.  Charles Wallingford was also recognized as the builder of the rifle George was shooting.

Hey,  I saw it too, and it was very enjoyable. I particularly liked the personal touch of showing your business and the story behind what sparked your interest in black powder.
Thanks, keep up the good work!

I have The Sportsman Channel and Versus, really don't get to the TV except for Saturday and Sunday.  What time is the show on?  BTW, you ought to have some clips up on the website for us desk jockeys. 8)

Hi TXEBONY,

The show is on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M. I don't think the producer runs any clips for any of the shooters on the website.
