So one day last week my 16 yr old grand daughter Jiliian..i call her Fred why i dont know...but anyway she comes in my shop and says i want to learn what you do..she had never shown much interest before,,so made me delighted..
We stared on a pistol from a blank, shes a fast learner and is very interested, she grasped drawing lines and lay out well,,so begins a new fun journey...

Outstanding! Another burst of hope for our sport/pastime. The time you can spend with your children trumps the outcome of the build but she will always remember the time and any accomplishment. Congrats to both of you.

Cute as a kitten and wants to LEARN.Outstanding and keep her interested by showing her how to do specific things.
Our grandaughter that lives in this area was raised in a divorced home and now married with 3 little ones.The other
one was born in the Phillipines and has no interest and lives in Texas.Neither of our sons ever had any interest in muzzle
loaders and have negative opinions about all of them that comes from seeing unpaid for locks and triggers ready to send
to people who did not follow up with payment.Tell your girl it's a great hobby but that's all.

You are so lucky that this young lady has an interest in your work. I had the great pleasure of my son growing up in my shop and his son with him. I have enjoyed their accomplishments as much as anything I've done. I hope you have many great years working together.
