Knives from a recent spree!
«
on:
April 08, 2023, 04:40:04 AM »
I’ve recently had some help in the shop from a friend of mine who my father and I have been guiding along in forging and finishing knives. I finished this bone handled knife with a pewter bolster and brass endcap, while helping Michael make his first knife as picture with a sheath I helped him sew. Then he assisted in making five knives much like the three picture together, two are not shown as they and one in the picture have been sold.

You’ll make a great teacher Robert. You’ve had great men to learn from.
Love those knives. You know I particularly like the curly one. Keep up the character filled work.

Thank y’all for the kind comments. Michael is working through his second solo project and I hope to have a few more knives done by this weekend.

Really like the smaller ones. Are they patch knives by chance

They could certainly be used as patch knives, they have blade lengths around 4 inches.
