Details are important and this...is not acceptable for me...

Okay…. Explain yourself or is this some kind of game show?! Is your opinion based on original examples or “I just don’t like it and that’s enough”? There are a lot of armchair quarterbacks on this forum.

Williamsburgs locks are top notch, and there’s enough experienced builders will confirm this.

let’s return to the threats topic—Kiblers Germanic lock.

Completely agree.. fortunately for us this one was still being built before it left our shop👍.

Perhaps this will make you feel better?

So, how many should I put you down for?

So, I've been able to spend a little more time on this project and have made some changes, particularly on the cock.  I've also printed out some of the parts so the shape can be evaluated better.  I still have a few potential adjustments in mind, but I'm liking it better.

Jim, it is really appearing that this lock speaks fluent German.

Really looks good!!!

I don't how I missed this topic, but I'm glad you're making a new lock Jim, exciting times ahead. I love the appearance of it all and flows real well.
I was just curious about the lock bolster thickness? It seems like on the Siler locks the bolsters are almost too thin, it would be nice if you could get a full quarter inch, which would help with the width of the wrist thickness, and maybe not cutting into the ramrod channel where the main spring is located on the wide end of the v inlet.
Just thought my thoughts..
