Just next month who's planning to go (the replacement for Dixons show, yes they will not be at the show BUT the shop will be open)

Assuming that this year is done as well as last year, I can't recommend this show more highly. I attended many years at Dixons and this show at Kempton steps it up a few notches. It was well attended and very well executed! I offer my thanks to everyone who participated to bring us a great show!

I will be going. Last year was my first time for this kind of event. I was very impressed. I am not sure how to post a link to their website or Facebook page but there is a list of vendors, demonstrations and seminars. I think admission was under $10. Looking forward to it😁

Hi,
I will be there. First thing Friday I'll be doing a seminar discussing the sequence of tasks when building a gun. BJ Habermehl was also going to speak but he may not be able to attend on Friday. The talk will cover when to do what rather than describe each task. It is a topic that BJ and I have considered for some time. First thing on Saturday I'll will demo how to dovetail or solder lugs and sights on barrels and then later that day I am doing a seminar on building the Brown Bess musket. It will cover a lot of details. Hope to see many of you there.

I’m planning on going as well. I have a seminar on wire inlay, and plan on demonstrating carving most of the weekend, either on a real rifle stock or a Quaker stock. If it’s set up like last year, we’ll be down by the pavilion, so stop on by. Great event! Best,

Good representation from the ALR folks in the demonstrations. I’ll be demonstrating forming buttplates from sheet brass. Long John Cholin will be doing demos all day.

I have heard that several well known vendors have stopped coming to Friendship because of low sales and fuel costs.
Seems as though it's now a Kentucky,Ohio and Indiana get together.Few if any far away licence plates seen anymore.
I well know that area if flood prone but the deterioration of commercial row does nothing to represent what is supposedly
a national organization.

. On the PLUS side,the magazine Muzzle Blasts has become something to display on the coffee
tables of the membership in the last few years and it stands out among the utility bills and junk mail once a month.
