Does anyone make barrel liners for slow twist rifling?

I am looking to reline a barrel to .50 caliber. Does anyone make a cut rifled liner in .50 caliber with a slow twist? I need it at least 42" in length also.

Part Number LINER-50-ML-2

48" twist but it will cost more than a Green Mountain barrel would.
