Has anybody heard of this gunsmith. I bought a patchbox at the CLA that has his name on it. It is a nice box and I would like to fine out a time frame and are fro this smith.

Hi Bama,
Sounds interesting!
Can you post a picture of it?
If the name is on the patchbox lid, the name is more likely that of an owner.
Unless it’s a Carolina gun patchbox, then a name on the lid would likely be that of the maker.
