I have my Kibler SMR all assembled, pins sticking out everywhere.
Now I think I need to slot the barrel lugs?
What is a good source for a Jewelers saw?
Thanks!

I bought mine at my local Woodcraft. The salesperson knew what I wanted when I asked for it, though it's labelled as something else where it's hanging on a peg in the saws aisle.

Worn our hacksaw blades are generally still sharp for an inch or two at each end. Grind the back off the end of an old fine-tooth blade until it will fit the hole and wrap some tape around the blade for a handle. I prefer them to cut on the pull stroke.

I use Rio Grande for stuff like this. <https://www.riogrande.com/>. I use the German style frame and find it to works well for me plus the price is right. Stay away from the Economy Adjustable 2-3/4"Saw Frame

Used a round, needle point file. I didn't enlarge hole just lengthened it parallel with barrel. Unless you want more tools...
