Like the title says, I am looking for a second model Brown Bess triggerguard.  Brass and unused reproduction casting preferred.  $25.00 to $50.00.

Hi Dave,
The Bess trigger guard sold by Track of the Wolf is fine for a short land pattern Brown Bess, what you refer to as "second model".  They did not change after the pattern 1742 until the India pattern, what some erroneously call the "3rd Model Brown Bess".  TOW has the guard in stock.
