Deer hunting flint special!
« on: March 28, 2024, 08:43:06 PM »
Latest out of my shop.  .54 C swamped 38" Colerain barrel, large Siler lock, single trigger, sugar maple stock.  Not based on any particular gun or bench copy, just a perfect deer hunting rifle for carrying in the woods.  Couple little details to touch on and will probably be up for adoption soon.

Great looking rifle.  You did an excellent job on the patchbox.

Yes, good looking rifle. Quite robust-seeming in the forend & a good strong wrist.
Looks like a nice shooting rifle. 8)

Nice work on the rifle Osprey. Out of curiosity, do you know what it weighs?

Elegance and graceful meets functionality. A beautiful rifle to keep you company in the woods until the Venison shows up.
