Long Shot Question on Builder

Just received this gorgeous halfstock with extensive engraving and silver inlays. Also deep scroll engraving at breech and near muzzle. No maker name. Any chance one of you recognizes the style? The numbered copper hang tag screams "collection."

I would pull the barrel and butt plate to see if there is a makers name stamp or engraved name and date.

As they say, I don't know nothin', but seems Ohio style and the name Warren Offenberger comes to mind when I see all the silver and the engraving and wire!! But I doubt Warren would have built it without signing.
