Thinks have been a little slow on the antique accoutrement section lately. I thought some of the folks of Scottish desent might be interested in this. I believe this is what is refered to as a Scottish mull. I have seen some of this type that are quite elaborate. This one however must of belonged scotsman who was still holding on to his money.
