Can any of you rifle builders indentify this gunsmith? It came in to us with bags, horns, knives, apparently made by a John Barrett, but no identification of the rifle maker. I tried Barrett but no response. The rifle, patterned against a schreyer is nicely made and finished, already tryed the CLA.
Need to know more as it is going into auction at Guyette & Deeter Auctions this September, for whom I write descriptions.
Greatly appreciate any information.
