I just made one simply by welding a round stock from any of the big box stores to a regular brad point drill,worked great.

The price of the one Bill linked too is a gut punch - ouch.  Probably a quality drill though.  I make ram rod drills on a metal lathe, not very hard to do.  If you have a metal lathe or have a buddy who has one, you can make what ever diameter you need rather quickly and pretty cheap too.   
If you cannot see the irony in having a gun ban enforced by men with guns, then you fail to understand why the 2nd Amendment was written in the first place....

A 48" pc of drill rod or even mild steel, then mill the groove and profile the cutting edge to look like a 1 flute gun drill. I just did one this week and used mild steel then kasenite the tip. Since this is gun building 101 the solution can be had for very little $$. Probably have done 15 rifles/pistols by this method.
