Does anyone make a .32 or .36 barrel 28-30”

I’m wanting to build my first rifle, I want to do a little feller rifle for my son… I have a few good walnut slabs that should be dry by now from a tree grown, fell, and logged with mules on the family farm. I intend to use a pistol lock and trigger. I’d basically planned on scaling down most of the dimensions 2/3 scale. Does anyone know who makes a preferably .32 (or .38 if I can’t find a .32) barrel thats as thin and lightweight as possible?
