US martial musket barrel...

I have a .69 caliber, 42" barrel, probably from a M1795 musket. It's in good shape...actually, excellent to my eye, proofs are clear and sharp, was never converted to percussion (although it looks as if the touch hole was bushed in period). In any case, it's been standing in a corner for the past 15 years and the only reason I have it is because it's obviously too important to junk. If anyone is interested send me a pm or email at jvp5070@gmail.com.  I've no idea what to set for a price so just make me an offer...chances are I'll accept it.

Believe it or not, there are folks here who are motivated more by preserving these things than they are with money.

Is there a breech plug?  Any numbers stamped? Any chisel/file marks on the underside?  Is there an oval with US mark?
Is there an oval with eagle head and P?  Is there a V?

Yes, the breech plug is in place. Proofs are P/V/eagle's head on the left side of the barrel near the breech.
