Very beautiful,
If I were buuilding that I would have been tempted to make all the spout carving go down far enough to get to the darker colored throat.  What this horn shows us is that done not necessarily need to the case.  The chip carving on it is a very nice touch.  Well done as alwasy.

Some years back I got to handle that horn when I was doing my iron dying of horn work. At the time it had what looked like a few black tar stains on it indicating it had seen some use on a saling ship.
