Shooting clubs in Virginia
« on: February 02, 2010, 01:39:45 PM »
I am considering joining a club in Virginia. Right now I am looking at the Izaak Walton chapter in Centreville and the Izaak Walton chapter in Stafford. Does anyone know anything about either of these clubs?

Also, does anyone know anything about the Bull Run Muzzleloaders?

Thank you

Many years ago the Fairfax Rod & Gun Club facility in Manassas was friendly toward BP shooters who were not members at their monthly BP shoot. You may wish to seek them out. I have no current contacts   Though.  Lon

Thanks for the tip, Private. I checked out their website. Looks very nice, but way too expensive for me.

Dale the Bull Run Muzzleloaders utilize the Izzak Walton Range in Centreville.  They shoot every third Sunday of the month.  The shoot is scheduled for the 21th of February.  Shoot starts at 9:00

Thanks, Rayant

I heard about them when I visited the range at Centreville. Do they do anything besides the monthly shoot?
