LED lights

Has anyone tried LED lights over their work bench?  I have a low ceiling and am getting tired of hitting the fluorescent lights with the gun when I flip it end for end.

I know they're expensive but the cost to run them is very little and they should last for a long time.  I have them outside and they seem very bright.

My concern is shadows, but I was thinking of about 4 shining down from different directions.

Any thoughts or comments?

Try Xenon. Cool Bright and very small hockey puck size and you can pot several up if you want.
