It seem's like there is just one guy who does the all casting, or owns the moulds or something, for a whole bunch of iron parts that all the supply houses carry, ie. hooked breeches, sights. When he has not run a bunch recently all the houses are in short supply. I had to go to plan B on my current project for a couple of minor parts including a hooked breech and the sights I wanted to use.
