Sources for consumables?

My Kodiak Safari arrived yesterday. Reality bit me last night. This rifle will consume vast amounts of black powder and musket caps (Job #1 is buying musket cap nipples for the rifle to retire its #11s.). I have not shopped for consumables for my muzzleloaders since 1999. Please identify online sources for these consumables.

Why musket caps?  Are the noses of the hammers large enough for musket caps? Do they strike centre close enough to clear the sides of the 'cup', is the proper question, I guess.

As to reliability - I've never had a miss-fire with normal #11's - that is, when there was powder in the barrel.  I just don't see the need for musket caps. Perhaps they are very much cheaper in the States than here.  The last price I saw here was $9.95 for 100.
