Title: #6 Wood Screw
Post by: dlbarr on July 10, 2014, 07:46:03 AM: I need just one of these about 1-1.25" long. Non-phillips of course.

You think I could I could find something like this? Not a chance - have looked at all the usual places TOW, Log Cabin SHop, DGW.....can't find in stock at Fastenal, Tacoma screw or the regular hdwre store.

Got any ideas? Thanks

I have some that are 1 inch long, 5/16 inch heads, slightly dome head, single cut slot, un-plated. Is that what you are needing?

What variety of this type hardware do any of you suggest that a burgeoning gun builder stock up on? What's your typical order from them look like?
