Would like to see pictures of ways to carry a bag axe on the back of a hunting pouch.
Thanks

How about this? I've had this little bag ax for a while, but had not decided on the best way to carry it, then I saw a rig similar to this in one of my books. Just finished this bag last week. The bag is 8" wide and 9" deep.

Look on page 2 of Accoutrements and see the title "Latest Bag" by Hawken62_Flint. I have a small bag axe which I attached to the back of the bag.

Nice bag and axe.May want to consider a cover for the top of the axe. I got a nasty cut one time when taking a fall in a battle scene.Axe only has to slip up a little to expose a sharp edge. Bob

Thanks Bob. Good idea and easy enough to add. I believe I will.

I have an axe on quite a few of my bags(one for each gun),and find them very handy while Trekking. Most are slightly heavier than the "standard" Ft. Meig's axe.
