My triggers irrespective as to what type they are, always have a hardened insert where the sear bar contacts the trigger bar. I use air hardening tool steel and use hi temp silver solder to attach....an orange color is sufficient to melt the solder and also to heat the tool steel so it hardens. The resultant inset is "glass hard" so is ground down w. a stone in the Dremel. Then a coarse, soft stone is used to "get close" and a fine India stone finishes the job. Overkill...probably, but the result is worth it....Fred
