This one belongs to a friend of mine. It was made by Chuck Edwards, he forged the box and guard, buttplate, sideplate and pipes. Ed Rayl made the oct. to round 25 caliber bbl.
Just a sweet little rifle. It will be at the Ala. show this January. Stop by and get a good look .

Built a .22 ML around a Cooey 82 barrel and collected parts, flame birch,   pistol flintlock and brass ram rod.  Not done yet but shoots like a charm and is super accurate. Not as nice as some of these on here. A 22 magnum case of 3F will almost put a .22 pellet thru a 2x4 at 15 yds.

I built a .22 rifle years ago with a sleeved Mrel and small Italiarlin ocan percussion lock. Shoots almost any .2 that I use .285 2 lead pellet pretty well. I also have a .29 Large barreled longrifle that shoots .285 roun ball.
