The Briley choke is not a jug choke. It is a regular screw in choke and different choke tubes will screw rate in.
I normally use a felt wad over powder, and bees nest for over shot, so loading should not be a problem. If worse comes to worse, as Dave G said, I can just screw the choke part of the choke out while loading. Normally you don't get more than one shot at a turkey and if I do I always have my second barrel. You are right, this will be a fun project. I will definitely post the pictures of the results.
