The parts arrived today from Taylor! I am impressed, very very beautiful engraving :)So here the pistol is finish, think mine work can maby go together With Taylors Work I hope?

I have waited with a reply until you finished your pistol.
It is always nice to get your work back, engraved and hold it in your own hands.
I keep your post, it is a good example, may be I make your pistol later on scale.

Runar:  your pistol looks great assembled.  I'm pleased that you didn't blue or brown the steel.  That would really diminish the effect of the engraving.

I have referred to this thread frequently these past years to model some of the techniques shown.
A skillset that is hard to find these days has been depicted here and deserves to be recognized.
