Welcome and look around-there's a t-double-ton of information on here. Take your time and don't over think it. There will be mistakes. Dealing with the mistakes is the real learning process.
As i unnerstand it (having not used a pre-carve and yet to finish the job atall), you'll need to be ready to open up most of the pre-cut holes in the stock to actually fit the parts. For such, and in don 't see 'em in your list you'll need gouges and chisels-kept razor sharp.
A very handy skill to learn is making your own chisel/gouge/scraper from bits of metal-usually a bit of hacksaw blade or worn-out files. There's a whole section on making tools here.
