Incredible is right! I know I'm probably the only one that noticed, but a 1st Model Virginia Manufactory Pistol is in there.  You don't see one of those every day.

And I'd like to see more than the two pictures they show or the "Rare Virginia contract rifle remarkably preserved". Anyone have any idea of the maker?

Does anybody have an opinion on the Albrecht? Since it doesn't say it is signed, I am assuming it is attributed somehow.

The Albrecht attribution was discussed over on the Antiques/Collecting forum a little while ago.  http://americanlongrifles.org/forum/index.php?topic=27461.0

The listing does not specifically say it is signed but it could be I guess.  Maybe similarities in carving are the basis for the attribution.  Sometimes auctions weigh the gun's owner's attribution and unless their experts say "no" that is what they run with.

Oh my!!!! That is mind blowing. Either causing pleasant day dreams of actually being able to get to own one or night mares knowing you can't. Wow. This will be interesting to watch. Anyone know where this auction house is?
