I had a .50 cal barrel a while back, that acted the same. We replaced it with a .45 GM in which the hole was straight. I do not know the make of the barrel
that shot left(as well). The hole inside looked kind of ok, but was crooked, as the hole ran to the right, then back to the middle at the muzzle. If it was cut off
at the 36" length, it would show the hole to be not in the middle of the barrel, yet it was at the breech and the muzzle at 42". This crooked last 6 r 7 inches,
made it shoot HARD to one side. the only 'fix, would be to rotate the barrel if possible, so the runnout was up or down, or simply to bend it. Failing that, replacement.
