This Anderson Lamb full stock flint is thought to be one of the earliest examples of this maker's work. Made on Bull Run Creek, a tributary of Deep River about two miles from Jamestown N. C. and the Deep River Meeting House. Rifle was owned by Lamb descendants until the mid 1980's when it was purchased by a man from Sparta, N.C.
Total Length 61.25 in.
Barrel length 45.75 in.
Weight 10.75 lbs.
Caliber .36
Trigger pull 13.5 in.
Drop 4.75 in.
Slight barrel taper 0.979 at breech to 0.936 at muzzle
