A different style of Bison horn

A little different style of Bison horn that I did for a friend a few years ago. The horn is from a cow Bison and a little on the small side, which is what the lady needed. It hangs straight down the side when carried. A 2 1/2" row of peyote stitch 11/0 seed beads start at the base plug and continue down the horn. Below the beads are 2 inlayed turquoise stones and 2 inlayed fire opals. On the top of the base plug (not shown in the photos) is a silver wire inlayed star that covers about 2/3 the diameter of the plug.

Looks pretty cool on the horn, but could you imagine that same bead work on a buckskin war shirt.... :) now that would look sharp.
