Graduation Horn
« on: June 22, 2009, 11:20:32 PM »
Hi. Thought maybe some of you would like to see the horn I made to commemorate my daughter's graduation from high school. A rifle will come after college.

WOW Nate what a Great idea and very well done all around. The base plug is really neat. Nice job. Can't wait to see the rifle that goes with it, much less the bag.

Nate, Great job on the horn.
But now you got me stumped.
It's obvious what the 09 means
but what about the other numbers? An athlete?

Very nice!  What do you use to color the backgrounds?

Nate, that's a great looking horn.  I really like and appreciate the effort put into that base plug not forgetting the rest of the horn.  Very nice job!

Thank you all for the great comments. BillD, She graduated on June 25, 2009 so that is 06-25-09. TENdriver, I used permanent markers for color. Not too authentic, but it works.

Nate i saw your Grad horn earlier, but for some reason they've removed it. I just wanted to come back and look at it again and to marvel at how well you made it. BTW..... i was wondering if your looking to adopt.... ;D and heck, i'll find something to graduate from if it'll get me a horn like that.... :D ;D Tell the little lady i said congratulations and welcome to the rest of her life. Live it to its fullest.... :)
