L. Day swivel breech

Hello,
   I recently purchased the action of a Leonard Day swivel breech as a project gun. Another forum suggested that it might be a good idea to try and reach out to Mr. Day in order to get the appropriate dimensions for the barrels and rib. Do any of you know how I might contact him? I added a photo for anyone who is curious.

 I have never seen a release like that on a Day action.

  I don't think it's a Leonard Day either.  My buddy has a rifle and a pistol and both have a little projection inside the trigger guard in front of the trigger that you push forward to unlock the action.

Thank you all!  When I bought the gun, it was sold as Day's; admittedly, I am not particular who made it, as I really just wanted a swivel breech, and this was the most economic option towards acquiring one. For now, it's a project gun, and I suppose my options are fairly wide, so long as the tang and breech ends mate with the swivel.

Still debating if I want to do a double rifle, or one rifled one smooth.

Here's a typical flint swivel with the "L. Day" lock stamp and the typical swivel release trigger he used:

So your rifle parts are not  Leonard Day, but they are a nice start for a swivel gun.  Mike

Numrich Arms swivel rifle didn't have a release lever, it had a ball bearing & spring between the rotating breech plates.  You just rotate the barrels until the ball bearing pops into its socket and locks (?) up.   Mike
