I have a musket of the exact same style as the one you listed. The barrel on mine is numbered
"42"
. Nice that yours has a bayonet with it.
On 8/8/14 I posted photos and request for information on ALR and received several responses. In part, was described as a commercial version that would have been exported to America, and with post 1813 proofs, made between 1814-1815.

The British Volunteer Musket
in Man at Arms Magazine, it is most probably an India Pattern Volunteer Musket.
Very nice uncleaned musket.

Regarding the bayonet with the "K W & A" mark, that would be "Ketland, Walker & Adams".
