I haven't needed drill bits for a long time but in January of 2017 my 54 year oldhorizontal band saw gave up the fight forever. It was an American made saw andwhile the company is still alive there are NO parts.I paid $200 for it in 1963 soit owed me nothing.Harbor Freight was the only alternative open to me so I calledour son to bring his truck and haul me to buy a new saw.I bought one for $259 andwe put it in the shop. After 3 and 1/2 years it still has the blade that came on it andit is overbuilt and I have used it a lot.Like everything else at HF it is made in Chinaand they do have replacement blades of American make and I have one in case theoriginal finally breaks.I have also looked at their drill presses and wouldn't give dimefor any of them because none of them have a spindle that will accommodate a lockingcollar chuck which to me is a MUST.This is a 1 and 1/16 by 20 threads per inch collarattached to the chuck that pulls it up tight on the tapered spindle and KEEPS it there.I have also seen new grinding wheels there that have chips broken out and one was cracked.I called the owner of the company and told him about this dangerous replacement and I javenoticed that they have no wheels bigger than 4 inches for sale now at least here ib this store.Bob Roller
