Here's an outfit that makes CNC's aluminum blocks for multi-cavity molds.

Pleasure. These were brought to my attention on Nitroexpress forum by a friend from Idaho.

For whatever reason I could not get this site to come up on my device. Do they make single cavity molds?

I have been using their molds for a couple years now and are excellent molds. Make sure you wear gloves or the bolts in the handles will get you.

How is the size and weight constancy that each cavity cast?

Thanks

The cavities should be exactly the same, being CNC'd.

The X ball in large sizes, might have been an attempt to get better accuracy from a smoothbore.
Perhaps a kind of a cast-able form making a golf-ball effect?)

It will certainly make a lighter ball than one full sized. IIRC the X-ball mould I saw, was .724".

That's what I was thinking......even the golf-ball bit
