Contact Peter Johansen at EP International. He works with people in the UK and deals with pre and post 1898 firearms. I have availed myself of his services importing antiques from the UK. I also know he exports both antiques and modern firearms back there as well.

If you’re dealing with pre-1898 antiques, they might be exempt from some firearm regs, but export laws like EAR can still apply depending on the destination or item specifics.
If you want legal clarity before shipping, this group handles export compliance and EAR defense: https://federal-lawyer.com/import-export-law/ear-investigation-defense/
