Another German Heraldic Bag
« on: July 17, 2024, 11:11:02 PM »
Raised embossed heraldic crest on flap, handmade buckle and ring. This bag is based on an early Bavarian engraving by Ridinger. Many thanks to the patient customer who ordered this bag!

James,
That is simply as good as leather work can be done. Beautiful!

I made a feeble attempt at making this bag a long while back.....but without the beautiful raise heraldic symbol on the flap.  A tour-de-force James.  I have a good idea what it takes to make such lovely work.   That strap buckle is mighty special as well.   Well done sir.   God bless,   Marc
