Musée de l'Armée disassembles one of Napoleons flintlock pistols and the craftsmanship on display is outstanding.

That blind sideplate trick was pretty sharp!

I wish it was in English.

 Click on settings, Subtitles and CC, then French Autogenerated, then Auto translate, then English and at least you will be able to read the CC.

Oops I misspelled his last name above. Damien Connolly is a neighbor here in Andover VT. He’s an Aussie who came here to work with the famous engraver Winston Churchill. He makes guns now and then but mostly engraves high end unmentionables and does jewelry. Here is a look at some of his work.

Not to my taste, but outstanding workmanship. I wonder how many individual craftsman it took to build those.
